 After walking the Camino four times, Yosmar Martinez has written a book about her food experiences along the Camino Frances, the most travelled route to Santiago de Compostela in Northern Spain. She'll share stories of her travels and the amazing meals she enjoyed and  introduce you to these stellar dishes:

Mejillones con Salsa de Pimientos de Piquillo (Mussels with Piquillo Peppers)

Caldo Gallego (Galician Soup of  White Bean & Greens)

Poulet a la Basque (Basque Chicken)

Tarta de Santiago (St. James Almond Cake)
