Chef Yosmar will be instructing on dishes from her current cookbook ‘Tastes of the Camino’, which highlights the foods along the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, an ancient pilgrimage route in the North of the country. Every year, tens of thousands walk the Camino de Santiago - an epic pilgrimage in Northern Spain to the Cathedral of Santiago, where the remains of the apostle St. James the Great are believed to be buried!

After teaching for more than a decade, traveling in over 35 countries, cookbook author and culinary instructor Chef Yosmar will join Kitchen Table to share tales of travel and teach recipes from her award-winning cookbook, Tastes of the Camino.

With Jamon from León, Paella from Valencia, and Tarta from Galicia, this class is sure to take your tastebuds away to the Camino!

The Kitchen Table sommelier has chosen some amazing Spanish wines (also included in the price of the class), that will pair perfectly with this mouthwatering Spanish menu!
